The quality of your breath can impact the health of the mind-body connection. This workshop introduces breath exercises for integration to the modern-day lifestyle for the busy working individual. It helps manage stress, maintain health and resilience to emotional and mental triggers. Explore the space and silence between each breath and awareness of the moment through the sound of the Tingsha. Find resonance within the body through vocalization of the breath, in sync with the deep vibrations from ancient singing bowls to bring you to a state of coherence, relaxation and calm.
