Key Booking & Cancellation Policies:

To book a class, you need to have a valid pack. If not, kindly purchase one via either payment mode:
By Credit Card via our PRICING PAGE (NOT through MindBody)
By PayNow. Please pay to UEN 201812507M Refindery Fitness Pte Ltd and SMS/WhatsApp a screenshot of the transaction to 8121 3245.
Classes are available for booking online 14 days in advance and closes 2 hours before class starts. When online booking closes, you may check if space is still available via SMS/WhatsApp at 8121 3245.
A session will be deducted for Late Cancellations less than 6 hours before class starts and No Shows.
Please manage your bookings and cancellations on your own via our site or MindBody.
Please be mindful of your pack’s expiry date. Only Regular packs may be extended with purchase of a new one before the existing expires. Reward Savers are strictly non-extendable.
