Had my first one to one lesson with Mirna this afternoon, 27 Jun, on their official opening. I had back injury condition previously and Lin recommended me to go for the reformer machine training. it was my first Pilates on the reformer machine and it was great. The machine looks simple and easy but when you tried on it, it feel totally different. Mirna is very patience as it was my first lesson. She pointed out my weakness like posture and the strength of my left side body is weaker than my right side (cos my master hand and leg is on the right). I also learnt from her the correct technique in using breathing to train my core muscle while doing workout. Good Trainers! Thanks to Lin and Mirna.
