This studio is a safe haven for me - the classes are very beginner-friendly and instructors are helpful and patient too! This has been my home for yoga, especially aerial, and pilates classes! Shoutout to Lin and Mirna for being so awesome!

Had my first one to one lesson with Mirna this afternoon, 27 Jun, on their official opening. I had back injury condition previously and Lin recommended me to go for the reformer machine training. it was my first Pilates on the reformer machine and it was great. The machine looks simple and easy but when you tried on it, it feel totally different. Mirna is very patience as it was my first lesson. She pointed out my weakness like posture and the strength of my left side body is weaker than my right side (cos my master hand and leg is on the right). I also learnt from her the correct technique in using breathing to train my core muscle while doing workout. Good Trainers! Thanks to Lin and Mirna.
Amazing class, amazing instructor and amazing place! Love the combination of strength and flexibility training, which relaly helps the body balance. Lin is very patient to make sure everyone is feeling safe in the pose and she always knows when to give you a bit of oush to help you stretch deeper.

I'm so excited about Refindery! Can't wait to sign-up for the Yin Yoga classes. Have tried Yin Yoga with Lin and it's an amazing experience — tuning in and deep stretching connective tissues... Lin's guidance through the Yin Yoga poses helped me to reconnect with my self and release a lot of tension which I didn't even realise I had! Awesome!
I am am a big fan of Pilates and Aerial, I love the way they shape my body while helping me to improve posture and coordination. I have been attending Mirna’s class for more than 2 years now. What I love about her is that she can make you laugh even when your body is shaking and you wish to be somewhere and take a nap. It’s amazing how she adjusts each exercise according to the student’s physical strength and abilities. You never feel left out. I feel challenged and entertained, so neither the rain demotivates me when it comes to join her class! I can’t wait for Refindery Fitness new studium to be open. I know I will be in pain after the first class but it’s bikini time in Italy, so every drop of sweat will be worthy!
Love how Lin patiently guides me through the different stretches. I also enjoy the sessions with Mirna. She pushes you on, helping you achieve more.
Had my first aerial lesson here. I had so much fun learning all the poses while dangling mid air. Instructor Lin gives clear instructions to keep us safe on the hammock and attention was given to each participant to correct our posture to prevent injury.
Having gone off barre for months, it only took one class with Mirna to remind me why I love the workout. Love starting my weekends sharing in the zen that Lin gives off in class. Definitely a welcome dose of calm after a long week.
